Delete your LookPrep data

Permanently removes the photos, previews, and share links we can match to you.

Limited records may remain

We retain a restricted fingerprint of the account email to prevent repeat signup and promotion or preview abuse. We may also retain deidentified deletion, transaction, accounting, dispute, or legal-claim records where the law requires or permits it. These records cannot restore your account or photos.

Your data-protection rights

You can request access, a free first copy, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. We may verify your identity and normally respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
